New Employee Orientation
Like you, we want your new employees to "hit the ground running". In order to do so, they require clear, well-designed training and coaching to orient them to the agency's Mission, long-range objectives, policies and procedures.
We will work with you to:
- Develop the schedule and content of orientation programs
- Develop agency and individual presentation materials for orientation presenters
- Conduct mock orientation session with all presenters
- Develop and conduct orientation evaluation procedure
- Provide ongoing support to key decision makers
